I’m so glad you’re here! If we were chatting in real life, I would probably say, “Tell me everything.” I love to know what makes people tick. (I have a little obsession with Meyers Briggs.) Nothing excites me more than seeing people do what God designed them to do.

If you asked me my story, I would tell you how I love to learn and that I’m a Bible nerd and nothing makes my heart sing like big ideas, especially ideas about Jesus.
I write books that help women encounter Jesus and follow His calling on their lives. I’ve helped write books for Worthy Inspired and Ellie Claire. I’m also a book editor and a former journalist.
My People
I live in Texas with my husband who’s from Kenya. Our marriage is like Nascar (me) meets Hakuna Matata. God definitely gave me Michael to slow me down. We have two boys and are raising our niece. We’re at our best when we’re hiking or playing gin rummy.
I homeschool my kids alongside some of the smartest women in the world. They preach Jesus to me and challenge me as a parent. They are my tribe and mastermind group. They keep me sane (most of the time).
Together, we started Moms Who Write, a writing support group for homeschool moms.
